Effects of Physical Activity on Depression and Anxiety Disorders
This literature review is a summary of research related to the impact of physical activity on depression and anxiety. This piece was completed for a Research and Design course. Completing this review allowed me to further my knowledge on the positive effects, both mentally and physically, that physical activity has on an individual’s health. Additionally, I learned ways to engage the community and motivate them to exercise.
