This week was a little bit different than a normal week. I made sure that the students got to participate in fun activities in order to release stress they may have as the program gets close to the end. On Sunday night I took a few students to the Founder’s Garden and allowed them to take pictures. They had a great time soaking up the sun after being indoors all day. Week 5 (6/10 – 6/15)
This week was very similar to the last regarding the structure. Sunday through Tuesday nights I spent time with the students staying at the dorms. I feel that these activities with the students are very important for their mental health. These students are minors participating …

During the mornings I would still go to the Training and Development Center and work on organizing student information, visit students at their sites, plan activities for the evening, and work on the newsletters. During the evenings I spend time with the students after their internships playing games and eating dinner. This helps them to relax and get rid of their stress. …
